Our company, Kaizen is looking to share our office. We're a 30-person Marketing Agency but since the pandemic, only seeing 5-10 employees attend each day and as a result we have 20 spare desks! It's just a 3 minute walk from Old Street Station. 3-month minimum all-inclusive rent inc. 2 Meeting Rooms, 500mb Fibre Internet, Electricity, Pool Table, Sonos Speakers & Lockers The 3rd floor will be exclusive to us, and be your own lockable, private space for the team and everything you need is included. Perfect for creative or tech startups, there are 30 desks (can be increased to 40 maximum) in this open-plan 2,000 square ft nordic style space complete with 2 meeting rooms - a board room & casual space both with 50in Smart Televisions, 3 lounge booths for casual meets & hot desking, a multi-games table, fully-fitted kitchen and lockable storage for all of your team. The office is accessed by a key-card system managed by yourself and features all inclusive 500mb fibre optic WiFi, gas and electricity. The building also has bicycle storage, showers and is located within walking distance to lots of iconic local restaurants and bars.

This would need to be a 50% share, the cost would be roughly £9000 per month + VAT (we pay roughly £18,000 + VAT)
