We are a small architectural practice based 2 minutes from Brockley Station looking to rent out 3 desks in our vibrant studio alongside our welcoming team.

Our studio is on the ground floor of the old converted Tea Factory on Brockley Cross and has a light-filled industrial look and feel.  It is a large, dual aspect open space with smaller areas defined within it by use of steel screens.  There is a separate workshop & kitchen area to the back with a modern WC - the interiors were upgraded when we took on the studio.

Brockley is a well connected area on the London overground and train connections to London Bridge and Victoria as well as a lot of SE London (including Crystal Palace).  The studio also less than a 10 minute walk to the DLR.  There are a number of lovely local businesses in the area and welcoming cafes for a tasty lunch!

It would be the perfect space for a small creative firm or individuals looking for a professional, friendly environment.
