Office Description

Lovely open-plan office available 2 or 3 days a week with 13 desks. Ground floor with one medium-sized meeting room and a smaller private area. High-speed internet, presentation screen and full connectivity for virtual meetings. Air conditioning or opening windows depending on your preference. We can offer some storage too (plenty of cupboards). There is a secure bike storage and a shower on site. We also have one secure car parking space.  

We are a PR, social media and content agency and currently work in the office Tuesday - Thursday, but we could alter our days so that you have the full run of the office on Thursday / Friday (or some other combination - we are open to discussions).

There is a small kitchen area with Smeg fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. Tea & coffee included.

The office is a five-to ten-minute walk from Vauxhall station (depending on your speed!) which is great for connectivity with the Victoria line and overland rail. We are also just five minutes away from the new Northern Line which takes you to Battersea Power Station and all the wonderful bars and restaurants there. Next door is a large Better gym, Gails and we are near a Pret a Manager, Sainsbury's, bars and restaurants. It's also opposite a park which is lovely for lunches in the summer. 

Priced at around £2,500 per month (bills included), depending on number of days required. It's a very well-maintained office with a lovely feel. We are looking to decide quickly though as our lease is up for renewal in April, so if interested, please contact me asap.
