Office Description

We are looking for 1 company to share half our office.  We are an advertising production company with a  full time staff of 4 with a book keeper coming every other week.  Freelancers do come and go but for the majority of the time it’s the 4 of us. 

 The office is a large open plan room as per the photos with a kitchen area , store room and bathroom.   There is a ‘meeting’ room area set in the front half of the office and with some advance notice this would also be useable for larger meetings or presentations. 

 Our office is ground floor with direct access through one main entrance - There is no through traffic going to other offices so it’s completely self contained.  Three very large windows run down the whole of the street facing wall and the office is often flooded with light.   In the evening steel shutters cover the windows and the entrance doorway so it is completely secure and offers no ‘view’ to the interior once the office is closed. 

 Ezra street is a quiet friendly street, we have good neighbours and a lovely Italian restaurant on the corner ‘Campania’  A 60 second walk to Columbia Road gives access to very nice coffee,  shops , Brawn Restaurant and the Royal Oak pub which is an office favourite. 

 Hoxton overground is close as is Bethnal Green tube. 

 C.£1,500 - £1,250 per month including bills depending on how much space is required and duration of the arrangement.
