We're excited to offer 6 desks with meeting space to sublet in our beautiful studio space shared with our friendly team of architects, conveniently located, and fully equipped with everything you need for an attractive and productive work environment. Whether you're a small team or an individual freelancer, we have up to six desks available for subletting, a large meeting room that accommodates 10, plus use of two break-out tables, providing you with good space to work comfortably.

Our studio is situated close to Borough High Street and London Bridge Station and is easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by numerous delis, cafes, and restaurants.

Our studio includes a dedicated meeting room for your convenience. We will also be happy to share two break-out tables between our desks and yours

Our amenities include: bills, kitchenette, tea & coffee, shower facility in the building, secure and covered cycle parking. Secure office with roller shutters.

Prices (all prices excl. VAT):

• 1 day a week: £150 per desk, per month
• 2 day a week: £250 per desk, per month
• 3 day a week: £275 per desk, per month
• 4 day a week: £300 per desk, per month
• 5 day a week: £325 per desk, per month

Please note, we require: 1 month deposit, 2 months notice.
