Office Description

We are a friendly, creative practice based in a beautiful two-storey office/gallery in Clerkenwell. We currently have up to 25 desks available, which can be rented individually or as a group.

We are a self-contained unit in an old bank on Goswell Road, just a five-minute walk from Farringdon, Barbican, and Angel stations. In addition to excellent transport links, we are a short walk from Exmouth Market, which is full of food stalls and cafes. Nearby, you will also find Waitrose, Tesco, and Pret a Manger.

The unit is spacious, with an exposed structure and lots of character. There is an open-plan kitchen and meeting rooms, including a large one on the ground floor that can double as a gallery/reception space.

We charge a monthly rate starting from £400 plus VAT, with a possible reduction for taking all available desk spaces. This includes:

• 24/7 access
• All rates, service charges, utilities, and Wi-Fi
• Regular cleaner
• Bicycle parking in the office
