Office Description

We are architects and structural engineers and we currently have 5 desks available in our bright and spacious Clerkenwell studio. 

The desks can be hired individually or as a group, for periods of 1 to 24 months. The studio is located minutes from lively Exmouth Market with plenty of lunch and after-work drink spots and 10-15 min walk away from Farringdon, Angel, Kings Cross and Chancery Lane stations with various bus stops nearby.

The studio is equipped with high ceilings, reception space, two meeting rooms and access to a shared kitchen. The desks have built in storage (above and below) and there’s plenty of storage space elsewhere in the studio. The desk spaces would be perfect for designers, architects or other freelance professionals - or a small team.

Price for an individual dek is £450+vat but this can be discussed, subject to the length of stay and group discounts will apply. The rate includes all service charges and utilities, high speed internet, daily cleaner, use of shared kitchen (teas, coffees, oat milk etc) and cycle storage. Use of printers / plotters (A4 to A1) on request for a small additional fee.
