Office Description

We have three desk spaces for rent in our lovely Victorian workshop. We are looking for someone to share our studio with. The available space is perfect for a small team or individuals. We are part of the Pullen’s Yards, which are based in the heart of London containing unique 1870′s work spaces. These workshops are still home to designer makers. Within the yards there are diverse and established arts and artisan businesses, ranging from Potters and Furniture designers to Painters and Architects. You would be sharing with three (solo) architectural practices and an illustrator.

There is a small balcony in front of the studio, which is perfect for a coffee in the morning sun.

One desk space measures  approx. 1x2meters and includes shelf space and fast fibre internet. All desks also come with a lockable storage pedestal and chair.

The rent for one desk space is £248pcm with all utility bills included. We currently have three desks available. You can either rent one desk or all of them.

Access is 24/7 and the Yard is very secure with large gates that are locked in the evenings and on weekends.
