VACANCIES
We have two separate permanent desk spaces available to offer to new members at Workplace Co-operative 115.

Unit 6 - A spacious desk with shelves for storage in a light, airy, first-floor unit shared with three others (Film Director, Architect & Designer) for quiet working, at £186 + VAT a month inclusive of all other bills.

Unit 7 - Situated in the building's largest unit on the top (second) floor, we have another large desk with a window view that comes with shelf storage space as well. This space is shared with four others (2x Writers, 2x Graphic Designers), at £230 + VAT per month inclusive of all other bills.

ABOUT 115
We are situated in a beautifully designed, purpose-built shared creative workplace providing a friendly environment for a diverse range of freelancers and small businesses in Kentish Town (NW5) London. Working at Workplace Co-operative 115 offers an opportunity for cross-disciplinary collaborations through its culture of shared ownership, open communication and collective problem-solving.

Typically there are 17 members engaged in a variety of making/creative practices: Animation, Architecture, Art, Furniture making, Design, Filmmaking, Graphics, Podcasting and Scriptwriting! All members are granted 24-hour access and can use the central atrium/circulation space as an area for displays and exhibitions. We also encourage extra-curricular cultural trips outside of working hours, host monthly life drawing classes and occasional sewing club.

Workplace Co-operative 115 runs along co-operative lines with responsibilities shared amongst all members. Members are expected to play an active role in the life of the co-op and have it as their main place of work.The space enables members from different fields, age groups and backgrounds to contribute equally and co-create innovative solutions.
